About The Job

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Prepare and analyze reports on hard savings, spend, cost avoidance, and cash contribution
  • Support on Procurement digital tool implementation, data analytics and data structuring
  • Execute PO/FO compliance analysis and payment terms reporting
  • Prepare ExCo-level meeting's agenda, presentations, and reports for senior management
  • Organize and lead Procurement leadership calls (GPLT) and finance-related initiatives on cash protection and cashflow
  • Work closely with Controlling, Global Supply Chain, GBS, Retail Real Estate, and internal procurement stakeholder.
  • Ensures data accuracy and timely consolidation to enable informed decision making across the procurement organization.
  • Assists with Ariba modules and SAP procurement processes by understanding system workflows and integrating new requirements where needed.
  • Support the setup and coordination of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to capture opportunities, challenges, innovations, and updates on digital tools (SAP Ariba).
  • Supports the development and delivery of training sessions to uplift team capabilities across global procurement .
  • Helps organize and consolidate insight packages for leadership review.
  • Provides support for special digital projects by coordinating tasks, documenting requirements, and preparing supporting materials.
  • Prepares standardized templates, reports, and presentations for the Global Procurement function, ensuring consistency and high quality deliverables.
  • Facilitating the harmonization and operational synergies in digital procurement tool usage, while supporting the integration of AI capabilities across the Procurement team.

About You

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Data Analyst, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting
  • Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel & Power Point
  • Experience with procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba & BW Query)
  • Proven experience in Global Procurement Excellence, cashflow management, savings tracking, and supplier performance analysis
  • Familiarity with global procurement processes and compliance frameworks
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation skills for executive-level reporting
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across global teams
