Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Procurement & Project Admin based in Shah Alam. The selected candidate will manage procurement processes, coordinate supply chain operations, and support project administration activities. Responsibilities include vendor management, contract negotiations, maintaining project documentation, scheduling, and fostering collaboration across project teams to ensure timely delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints. The role involves regular reporting and liaising with stakeholders to monitor project progress.

Qualifications

• Strong procurement skills, including vendor sourcing, negotiation, and contract management
• Experience in supply chain operations and inventory management
• Project administration expertise, including scheduling and documentation
• Proficiency in SQL software, data analysis, and process optimization
• Effective communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
• Familiarity with EPCC projects or experience in the energy industry is advantageous
• Relevant academic qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Procurement & Supply Chain, or a related field
