Job Description:

  • Conduct both quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify process improvement opportunities across the end to end procurement funnel
  • To define, review, and continuously improve upon our procurement SOP (including sourcing, PR/PO, legal contracting, billing), to ensure optimal ability to serve business users, whilst driving cost savings
  • To establish sound data management practices to ensure accurate and accessible information for contracts, product and supplier directories, and spend information
  • To provide PMO and coordinate support on sourcing of large CapEx or high priority projects as assigned - ensuring stakeholders are informed, cost is optimised, and timeline is met

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a relevant field
  • Have at least 2-3 years of working experience with prior knowledge of procurement / supply chain / logistic / warehouse operations preferred
  • Have demonstrated achievements in process improvements, or operations excellence
  • Demonstrated ability in managing stakeholders and coordinate implementation across different functions in an organization
  • Comfortable with data analysis, and is able to provide actionable insights
  • Able to create PowerPoint presentations and be comfortable presenting to team or Shopee management
  • Language skills: Fluent in Thai and English
