Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
  • Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.
  • Reviewing, comparing, analyzing products and services to be purchased.
  • Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
  • Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
  • Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
  • To coordinate with Sales & PM on Projects deliverables to ensure all Products/service meet delivery schedule; Resolve delivery issues with suppliers;
  • Assist manager to maintain payment plan, submit payment application in time to ensure payment on time;
  • Assist to deal with returned goods;
  • Assist relevant departments to properly solve the problems in the implementation process;
  • Data input into system and run the report regularly;
  • Complete other tasks assigned by manager.
  • Assist Shanghai site leader to do some admin works.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above.
  • Minimum of two- three years working experience in procurement.
  • Possesses strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills.
  • Good skill at English.
