Job Description

  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for best pricing and quality.
  • Process and manage purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Review, verify, and process supplier invoices for accuracy.
  • Coordinate with finance teams to ensure timely payments.
  • Maintain records and resolve invoice discrepancies.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Assist in budget tracking and cost management.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations.

  • What we're looking for
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills with the ability to build and maintain effective supplier relationships
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and cost optimisation
  • Proficient in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with procurement software and data analysis tools
