Your Impact

As a Specialist Reporting & Compliance, you play a key role in strengthening transparent, accurate, and compliant procurement operations across Asahi's global procurement network.

You will support the delivery of high-quality reporting and compliance activities by transforming data into meaningful insights, maintaining strong data integrity, and ensuring alignment with global standards.

Through effective reporting, KPI analysis, and automation initiatives, you will enable operational excellence, support informed decision-making, and drive continuous improvement across regions and service lines.

Key responsibilities

  • Design, produce, and maintain standardized and ad-hoc procurement reports and dashboards, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with global KPI definitions.
  • Maintain and validate global and regional procurement data, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and consistency across systems and categories.
  • Monitor compliance with internal controls, global procurement standards, and regulatory requirements through validated reporting outputs.
  • Act as the regional point of contact for reporting and compliance topics, working closely with global, regional, and AGPS stakeholders to gather requirements and incorporate feedback.
  • Identify reporting gaps and opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, process enhancements, and adoption of best practices.

About you

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in procurement operations, reporting, or data-focused roles.
  • Experience working with procurement systems or ERP platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in analytical and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Power Automate, Power Query, Power Pivot, Think-Cell or equivalent).
  • Advanced MS Excel skills, including formulas, data analysis, and data visualization.
  • Proficient in English with a strong attention to detail and a collaborative, continuous improvement mindset
