Your Impact

As a Procurement Team Lead, you will play a critical leadership role in delivering efficient, accurate, and compliant procurement operations that support Asahi's global procurement strategy.

Leading and developing a team of Procurement Specialists, you will ensure consistent execution across multiple procurement service lines while driving performance against defined KPIs and service levels.

Acting as the key escalation point for complex operational and data issues, you will champion process excellence, continuous improvement, and strong stakeholder collaboration—enabling scalable, high-quality procurement services that create sustainable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop AGPS Specialists to drive high performance, engagement, and capability growth.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery across AGPS service lines, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant procurement operations.
• Drive performance against KPIs and service levels while ensuring adherence to policies, controls, and risk management requirements.
• Build strong internal and external relationships and act as the primary escalation point for complex procurement and master data issues, ensuring sustainable solutions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, standardization, and effective resource planning to enhance efficiency and support business demands.

About you

• Strong experience in Procurement Operations or Excellence, ideally from a shared services, consulting, or global environment.
• A people-first leader who enjoys coaching and developing teams of 5–10 in a structured, collaborative setting.
• Confident working with SAP S/4HANA, ARIBA, and ServiceNow, with strong Excel and dashboard reporting skills.
• Technically strong in procurement, with a passion for data, process improvement, and continuous improvement.
• A clear communicator in English who builds trusted stakeholder relationships and enjoys making an impact together.
