Job Description:

Lead Shopee's Operations procurement function, overseeing sourcing, vendor management, and end-to-end P2P processes. Drive efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service continuity while supporting cross-functional teams.

  • Manage daily purchase requests: sourcing, RFQs, comparisons, awarding, and invoice processing.
  • Oversee vendor management: onboarding, communications, statements of accounts, and timely payments.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and Legal to ensure compliance and smooth execution.
  • Track spending, perform cost analysis, monitor supplier performance, and drive strategic procurement initiatives.
  • Lead tender processes (RFIs/RFPs), special projects, and task forces.
  • Manage and mentor the procurement team, providing guidance and developing talent.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years procurement experience, including tender/procurement projects.
  • Strong team management, strategic planning, analytical, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and procurement systems/ERPs solid understanding of P2P processes.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
