Position Summary
The Procurement & Treasury Executive is responsible for managing procurement activities and supporting treasury operations to ensure efficient purchasing, cost control, cash flow management, and compliance with company policies.
Procurement Responsibilities
- Source and evaluate suppliers based on cost, quality, service, and delivery performance.
- Obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with suppliers.
- Manage vendor onboarding, relationships, and performance to ensure reliable supply and service quality.
- Process purchase orders and coordinate timely delivery of goods and services.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with internal departments on purchasing requirements.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and support procurement improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and purchasing reports.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Treasury Responsibilities
- Monitor daily cash balances and prepare cash flow forecasts.
- Process payments and manage banking transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Support treasury reporting, audits, and compliance activities.
- Assist in foreign exchange monitoring and risk management.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in procurement, treasury, finance, or a related role.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
