Producer Assistant (6 Months Contract)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated individual for a 6-month contract to assist with special projects focused on creating engaging programs. This role seeks someone who enjoys working collaboratively and has a general understanding of project management and creative processes. You will help develop a video podcast program and a multimedia content strategy that aligns with our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively assist in developingand executing production of podcast episodes, including content ideas.
• Research market trends and opportunities to inform the podcast's direction.
• Help manage project timelines and resources to ensure timely delivery.
• Support the content development and content release process while ensuring quality and compliance.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders, including potential guests and industry experts.
• Track basic performance metrics to help assess the podcast program's success.

Qualifications:

• Experience in podcast or video content production, project management or related fields is a plus.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and contribute to project completion.
• Understanding of analytics and metrics tracking is a plus.
