We are looking for Producer (Conference & Training, Arabic Speaker), who is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The role is responsible for researching, developing, and executing high-quality conferences and trainings. This role involves market research, speaker acquisition, agenda development, project management, and event execution. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills to create compelling event content that delivers value to attendees and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
1. Conference Research & Development
✔️ Conduct market research to identify industry trends, challenges, and opportunities relevant to the target audience.
✔️ Analyze competitor events to ensure differentiation and a strong value proposition.
✔️ Engage with C-suite executives, directors, and key stakeholders to gather industry insights and refine content strategy.
✔️ Develop compelling conference themes, agenda structures, and session formats, including keynotes, panel discussions, fireside chats, and interactive workshops.
✔️ Profile the target audience to align content with their pain points, interests, and learning objectives.
2. Speaker & Panelist Acquisition
✔️ Identify and secure high-profile speakers, industry leaders, and subject matter experts.
✔️ Build relationships with CEOs, policymakers, and thought leaders to enhance event credibility.
✔️ Develop persuasive speaker pitches and manage negotiations.
✔️ Ensure timely submission of high-quality content, including presentations and bios.
3. Agenda & Program Development
✔️ Curate session topics that address industry challenges, trends, and innovative solutions.
✔️ Structure keynotes, panel discussions, fireside chats, and breakout sessions for maximum engagement and knowledge-sharing.
✔️ Integrate interactive elements, such as Q&As, live polling, and roundtables, to enhance participation.
✔️ Optimize the agenda flow to maintain audience engagement and maximize attendance.
4. Project Management
✔️ Maintain a conference production timeline to track progress and deadlines.
✔️ Manage event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability.
✔️ Oversee onsite execution, including speaker coordination, session transitions, and attendee engagement.
5. Partnership Development
✔️ Identify and engage potential media & supporting partners to expand event reach.
✔️ Conduct outreach to secure association and government bodies strategic partnerships.
6. Event Execution & On-Site Coordination
✔️ Serve as the primary point of contact for speakers.
✔️ Coordinate with the AV team to ensure seamless presentation flow.
✔️ Monitor audience engagement and implement real-time adjustments to enhance experience.
✔️ Moderate and manage panel discussions, ensuring speakers stay on topic and within time limits.
7. Post-Event Analysis & Reporting
✔️ Collect feedback from attendees, speakers, and sponsors through surveys and interviews.
✔️ Analyze event performance based on attendance, revenue, and engagement metrics.
✔️ Prepare a comprehensive post-event report with key takeaways and improvement recommendations.
