Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Animation Producer located in Malaysia. The Producer is responsible for project managing and delivering our new, high-quality animation projects on time and within budget. This role involves collaborating closely with internal and external clients and stakeholders and creative and production teams to ensure smooth workflows, efficient resource allocation, and successful project execution.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project timelines, allocate resources, and oversee task assignments to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Collaborate with Directors, CG Supervisors, Team Leads, and clients to align on project requirements and deliverables.
• Monitor project and resource status using tools like Google Sheets and Autodesk Shotgrid, ensuring schedules, quality and budgets are maintained.
• Lead weekly production meetings with internal and external stakeholders to address concerns, resolve issues, and optimize workflow efficiency.
• Supervise master deliveries, manage development and production budgets, and mentor junior coordinators.

Requirements:

• 35 years of experience in animation production in roles such as: Producer, Assistant Producer or Coordinator.
• Strong knowledge of CG animation pipelines and production processes.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Experience in managing schedules and budgets, and leading teams effectively.
• Problem-solving mindset, resilience, and adaptability under pressure.
