Role Overview

As aProducer, you will take ownership of end-to-end production execution across commercials, films, scripted content, and branded projects. You will coordinate teams, manage schedules and logistics, and ensure productions are delivered efficiently, professionally, and to the required creative standards.

  1. Plan, organize, and manage production schedules, timelines, and resources.
  2. Oversee pre-production, production, and post-production workflows.
  3. Coordinate directors, talents, crew, vendors, and internal teams.
  4. Prepare and manage production documents including call sheets, shooting schedules, and budgets.
  5. Lead on-set operations and resolve issues efficiently during shoots.
  6. Ensure productions meet creative, technical, and delivery requirements.
  7. Manage logistics such as locations, equipment, transport, and crew arrangements.
  8. Handle multiple projects concurrently with strong prioritisation and control.

Job Requirements

  1. Proven experience overseeing end-to-end production for video, commercial, film, or scripted content projects.
  2. Strong organisational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  3. Able to work under pressure and manage tight production timelines.
  4. Confident communicator with internal teams, talents, and external partners.
  5. Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends when required.
  6. Detail-oriented, responsible, and execution-focused.
  7. Able to multitask and provide support for any tasks or projects assigned by the company as needed.
