We're looking for a motivated and creative Product and Growth Marketing Manager, who will be a part of the regional marketing team, to drive the adoption of our exciting features, including Challenges, while focusing on developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that drive retention and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop customer retention strategies through various channels, including loyalty programs, CRM campaigns, and personalized customer experiences.
  • Continuously optimize the user journey and conversion funnels to improve conversion rates and maximize ROI, including A/B tests to optimize growth marketing campaigns.
  • Leverage data analytics and insights to make informed marketing decisions, continuously monitor key performance indicators and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Analyze user data and behavior to identify opportunities for improving user retention.
  • Work with key stakeholders to drive awareness, adoption and growth of priority products and feature
  • Create and drive differentiated narratives, messaging, and positioning of product features to shape how we communicate the product vision to customers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and user feedback to continuously refine product positioning and messaging.

Requirements


  • 4 to 6 years of product marketing, growth marketing, digital marketing experience
  • Prior experience in the digital / e-commerce industry preferred
  • A self-starter, independent, motivated, and result-oriented individual with a strong performance record
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must to be effective in liaising with regional and cross functional stakeholders
  • Strength with data analysis, testing concepts, and prior experience with SQL a bonus
  • Not afraid of uncharted territory/ always open to exploring something foreign and new. Can't-is-not-an-option attitude. Not discouraged by failure or mistake.
  • Prior experience in liaising with multiple stakeholders
