Role Summary:

We're looking for a curious, AI-native, and highly organized Product & Operations Associate to support the Product & Operations Manager across the Pro Trader Program and upcoming EU and CIMA market initiatives.

This role blends product thinking, operational discipline, and structured problem-solving. You'll work across product documentation, user journeys, process building, data definitions, and go-to-market planning.

This Singapore-based role reports to the Product & Operations Manager and partners closely with Product, Compliance, Design and Operations teams.

What would be your Responsibilities:

  • Maintain end-to-end documentation for the Pro Trader Program, including eligibility logic, reward mechanics, CRM flows, data lineage, and user journey touchpoints.
  • Build and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure processes are clear, current, and scalable across teams.
  • Help maintain the product roadmap and data dictionary so every metric, field, and process is clearly defined and aligned.
  • Support A/B testing efforts by translating hypotheses into structured tests, defining success metrics, and tracking outcomes.
  • Support launch readiness for EU and SEA markets, including requirement scoping, localization planning, and regulatory checklist tracking.
  • Assist with execution of in-app promotions and campaigns, including banner placements, messaging, targeting logic, and performance reviews.
  • Conduct competitive research and convert insights into clear, actionable briefs.
  • Map user journeys across the Pro Trader funnel and collaborate with Design to turn product ideas into testable flows.

What we Require from you:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, Design, Computer Science, or a related discipline
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experiences are welcome to apply
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders based in China who primarily communicate in Mandarin.
  • User-first thinking: able to map user journeys, spot friction points, and question product decisions from the user's perspective
  • Strong numeracy and logical reasoning: able to spot inconsistencies, sanity-check data, and reason with numbers confidently
  • Curious about using AI tools to improve work
  • Organized and execution-focused with strong attention to detail
  • Interest in trading, fintech, or brokerage products is a plus
  • Exposure to analytics tools (E.g. SQL) and prototyping tools (E.g. Figma) is an advantage
