Job Responsibilities
1. Product Strategy and Development
- Assist the Senior Product Manager in defining the product roadmap for all of our digital solutions (MyPay, eJamin, KOCEK, and Communications/MyWhatsapp), including external products and others that are to follow.
- Support in identifying market opportunities and customer needs to enhance our products value propositions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, design, marketing, and operations) to implement product features that align with business goals.
- Analyse competitor products and industry trends to ensure our solutions remain competitive.
2. Project Management & Sprint Management
- Serve as the scrum master for the product/tech squad;- planning, facilitating, and documenting sprint ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and demos.
- Ensure agile principles are followed and sprint goals are achieved by maintaining visibility on task progress and blockers via Jira or other tools.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of product milestones.
- Continuously refine and improve sprint processes for better team efficiency and delivery velocity.
3. Customer and Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with clients and users to gather feedback and ensure product improvements align with their needs.
- Monitor and track product performance metrics to support continuous improvements.
- Conduct product demos and training sessions for stakeholders to showcase product capabilities.
4. Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain detailed documentation of product development processes, feature specifications, and updates.
- Provide regular reports to the Senior Product Manager and CEO on product progress, KPIs, and potential risks.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field.
- 13 years of relevant experience in product management, project coordination, or digital product development.
- Fresh graduates with internship experience in product, technology, or startup environments are encouraged to apply.
- Understanding of product lifecycle management and agile or scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with market research, competitor analysis, and product benchmarking practices.
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles and ability to work with design and development teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Familiarity with sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reporting using Jira or similar tools
- Knowledge or certification in Agile or Scrum frameworks (e.g., Certified Scrum Master or equivalent experience) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Effective communication and presentation skills for engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and facilitation skills to lead agile ceremonies and ensure continuous improvement.
- Able to work cross-functionally with teams such as technology, marketing, operations, and finance.
- Good time management and organisational skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines
