About The Role:
We are looking for a curious, hands-on Product Associate/Manager to join our regional Product & Technology team. This role sits at the intersection of product, content, and AI and is well-suited for someone who enjoys both the craft and technology that goes into creating content and has the curiosity to push the boundaries on how technology and AI can help to supercharge the content creation process.
You will help to drive the operations and ongoing enhancements of our newsletter product and will play a key role in conceptualizing and building out new capabilities to leverage AI, agentic automation and technology to enhance the content creation process for our other content channels as well.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with stakeholders across sales, editorial, and content teams in multiple markets to define product needs and requirements.
- Translate stakeholder requirements into clear product and technology briefs for the development team, and collaborate with engineers to ensure features deliver on business goals.
- Test new features, identify bugs ahead of rollout, and participate in sprint grooming sessions to prioritise and scope upcoming development work.
- Apply a data-driven approach to product decisions, drawing on analytics, engagement metrics, and prior performance.
- Manage newsletter production across multiple regions in collaboration with editorial and engineering teams. Develop and refine product offering and workflows to ensure consistent quality and timely delivery.
- Support or drive content distribution across social media platforms, adapting formats and messaging to suit different channels and audiences.
- Help conceptualize, build and maintain a fully automated AI news vertical leveraging AI.
- Write, test, and iterate on prompts to improve quality and consistency of AI-powered content.
- Stay current on AI tools, platforms, and industry developments, and proactively surface relevant opportunities to the team to integrate AI into existing workflows and infrastructure.
Candidate Requirements:
- 3 - 5 years of experience in a digital media, publishing, or technology company.
- Demonstrated writing ability to produce clear, well-structured copy and can adapt your tone across different formats and audiences including end-users.
- Hands-on experience with demonstrable examples of AI tool use (beyond chat) to deliver websites, tools or content for various channels (text, image, video).
- Familiar with prompt engineering concepts and best practices (formal training is not required).
- Familiar with agentic workflow tools or AI coding assistants to develop real prototypes.
- Strong working knowledge of social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube), including content formats, platform-specific best practices, and basic performance analytics.
- Hands-on content creation experience in video, visual or social formats is a strong advantage.
- Experience in product development lifecycle, technical design, data analytics, and emerging AI technologies.
- Comfortable working in an agile development environment.
- Working knowledge of SEO, AEO, GEO, Google Analytics is an advantage.
- Strong communicator, able to manage expectations of cross-functional and distributed teams.
- Self-motivated, open-minded, and at ease working in a fast-moving environment where not everything is defined upfront.
