Product Consultant – FCRM (Fiserv Platform)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Product Consultant FCRM to provide subject matter expertise across the following modules: STR (Suspicious Transaction Reporting), CDD (Customer Due Diligence), RTS (Real-Time Screening), and WLF (Watchlist Filtering/Name Screening).

This role will serve as a functional SME, guiding configuration, parameterization, and solution design to support both BAU stability and regulatory-driven projects, including in-country to regional FCRM migrations. As this is a business-critical role, onboarding is expected within 2 weeks.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter input across STR, CDD, RTS, and WLF modules, ensuring alignment with compliance standards and vendor roadmaps.
• Support BAU teams with issue resolution, optimization, and documenting workarounds.
• Play a critical role in regulatory and migration projects, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to enhance team capability and reduce external dependency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in functional/product consulting within AML/FCRM solutions.
• Proven track record in supporting enterprise-wide FCRM implementations across multiple modules.
• Strong expertise in Fiserv FCRM modules (STR, CDD, RTS, WLF).
• Hands-on experience in product configuration, workflows, and screening parameters.
• Technical proficiency in MSSQL/SQL Server, Azure/GCP, Windows Server administration, middleware integration, and SSIS/SSRS reporting.
• Familiarity with DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, and automation frameworks is a plus.
