We are currently partnering with a reputable and well-established manufacturing company to identify a driven and innovative Product Development Manager. This role will be responsible for leading the development of new products and enhancing existing offerings, translating customer needs into commercially viable solutions while ensuring compliance with technical and regulatory standards.
The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, solid project management capabilities, and a hands-on approach to product development within a manufacturing environment.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Operations, to identify customer requirements and market trends
- Lead end-to-end product development from concept to production
- Define product specifications and ensure alignment with technical, commercial, and regulatory requirements
- Conduct feasibility studies, cost analysis, and material selection for product development
- Prepare and manage product documentation including Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Develop technical drawings and 3D models to support production and sales activities
- Work closely with suppliers and support supply chain activities
- Partner with QA to ensure product quality, compliance, and tolerance standards
- Support prototype development and ensure smooth transition into mass production
- Provide technical support to internal stakeholders including purchasing and production teams
about the requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, Manufacturing, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product development, R&D, or a similar function
- Experience in manufacturing environments is highly preferred
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g. Creo, SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team
