Job Scope & Responsibilities:
- Work on developing design concepts and ideas
- Participate in brainstorming sessions
- Sketch initial design ideas
- Produce detailed drawings and finished artworks
- Prototyping, sample-making and testing
- Research new ideas and concepts, materials, processes or market requirements
Skills:
- Excellent creative ability and out-of-box thinking
- Visual and spatial awareness
- Commercial awareness
- Highly creative with an eye for shape and colours
- Keen interest in the latest market trends, consumer psyche
- Computer literacy including graphic drawing software and 3D CAD
- Knowledge of industrial processes, techniques and standards
- The ability to cope with the pressure of deadlines
- Determination to achieve an end result
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in a similar industry.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in design-related courses (e.g., Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or related fields).
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and industry-relevant projects
