How you'll contribute
Product & Workflow Design Lead end-to-end design for complex features such as workflow automation, AI Agents, schema builders, and validation engines. Convert ambiguous requirements into clear wireframes, user journeys, prototypes, and hi-fi UI.
Service Design & Systems Thinking Map end-to-end enterprise workflows, backstage operational processes, and dependencies. Translate these insights into scalable UX patterns that reduce complexity and improve automation reliability. Work with Solutions/CS to diagnose customer pain points and convert them into product requirements. Pattern Architecture & Design Foundations Partner with the Lead Product Designer to define reusable patterns for schema logic, rules engines, validations, joins, and multi-file workflows. Improve consistency across the platform by shaping UI logicnot just UI screens.
Research & Validation Conduct schema-based workflow testing and validation. Use AI-assisted research methods to quickly understand user behaviour and uncover friction points. Translate findings into actionable product requirements and priority recommendations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and AI/ML teams throughout the lifecycle. Collaborate with Enterprise customers to understand real contextual workflows and edge cases. Ensure designs are technically feasible, scalable, and aligned to the roadmap.
What you'll bring
46+ years of experience in Product/UX design in-house product experience is a strong plus.
Strong portfolio showing: Enterprise SaaS or workflow-heavy products Systems thinking and service design Complex, multi-step processes Strong interaction design Ability to translate messy operational workflows into productised experiences.
Experience designing for dynamic, data-driven environments (tables, grids, rules engines).
Proficiency in Figma, interaction prototyping, and service design tools.
