How you'll contribute

UI/Interaction Design

Translate ideas and requirements into wireframes, high-fidelity UI, prototypes, and interaction flows.

Support ongoing feature development with clean execution and consistent UI.

Consider responsive layouts, interaction states, edge cases, and micro-interactions.

Design System Ownership

Maintain and evolve the fileAI design system.

Create reusable components, tokens, states, and documentation.

Ensure visual and functional consistency across the platform.

Product Support & Execution

Work with engineers to ensure Figma designs translate accurately into the codebase.

Assist with smaller product features and improvements in collaboration with PMs.

Help scale UI patterns as the product grows.

Workflow Support

Support the execution of workflow builder, schema builder, and AI Agent UI using patterns defined by the senior designers.

Ensure complex components (grids, tables, forms, modals) are visually consistent and easy to use.

What you'll bring

13+ years of experience in Product/UX in-house product experience is a strong plus.

Strong UI and interaction design portfolio

Ability to craft clean, scalable visual systems

Proficiency in Figma and prototyping

Good understanding of responsive design and component-driven thinking

Familiarity with data-heavy UI (tables, grids) is a bonus
