Role Overview:

We are looking for a Junior Product Designer who is excited to learn, build, and contribute to the next generation of AI-powered products — from conversational agents to intelligent education tools.

You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and senior designers to design intuitive and engaging experiences for AI-driven products. This role is ideal for someone early in their design career who wants to grow quickly by working on real-world AI systems, emerging interaction models, and fast-moving product teams.

You will help craft thoughtful user experiences, learn how AI systems behave, and contribute to building products used by educators, students, and organizations across Malaysia.

What You'll Do:

• Designing intuitive interfaces and user flows for AI-driven products
• Exploring conversational UX, prompts, and AI interactions
• Turning complex AI behaviors into simple, understandable experiences
• Building wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI in tools like Figma
• Collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and designers
• Learning through real product work, user feedback, and fast iteration

What We're Looking For:

• 0–5 years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or related fields.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong visual design, interaction thinking, and problem solving
• Proficiency with Figma or similar design tools.
• Strong attention to detail and visual craft.
• Curiosity about AI, emerging technologies, and digital product design.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn from feedback.
• Ability to work collaboratively in fast-moving environments.
• A proactive attitude, someone who takes initiative and enjoys building.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience designing chat interfaces or conversational UX.
• Interest in AI, LLMs, or generative tools.
• Experience with motion design, prototyping tools, or interaction animation.
• Background in education technology or digital learning tools.
• Familiarity with design systems or component libraries.
