Product Development Assistant Manager to join their growing team.
Role Description
- Support the development and enhancement of products through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Coordinating with stakeholders for product specifications
- Overseeing product testing and quality checks
- Analyzing market trends and ensuring product objectives align with organizational goals
- Involves documentation and reporting of product development activities to ensure timely delivery and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Food Science, Nutrition, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 2 3 years of experience in Research and Development (R&D) and Product Management to drive product innovation and ensure effective product lifecycle management.
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders effectively.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong project management and organizational skills.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations and standards; prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
