Product Development - Senior Executive

Role Objective:

To bridge design and production by ensuring our products are technically sound, well fitted and production-ready while building scalable fit standards and development process for Naelofar.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Fit and pattern development

Develop and refine fit blocks across categories

Create and adjust patterns for new designs

Work with Head of Design to lead all fit session and document corrections clearly

Ensure consistency of fit across collections.

Build and maintain: Fit block library, Measurement/spec templates and Technical SOPs for product development

2.Technical translation

Convert design concepts into accurate tech packs.

Define: Measurements and grading, Construction details and Sewing instructions

Flag designs that are not production friendly and suggest solutions.

3.Sample development ownership

Own end to end sampling process. From proto sample to pre-production sample.

Communicate directly with factories and vendors.

Track and resolve: Fit issues, Construction issues and Fabric behaviour issues

4.Production readiness and quality control

Production readiness and quality control

Ensure all products are production ready before bulk

Set tolerance level for measurements

Partner with production team to: Reduce defects and Improve construction quality
