Job Responsibility
This team member will be expected to be involved in all aspects of strategic marketing communications. It shall include creative and strategic thinking, research, administration, execution and monitoring.
- Owning responsibility in preparing and implementing the annual marketing plans, brand strategy, budget and new product launch (if any).
- Provide and analyse sales report on monthly basis as per principal requirements.
- To discuss and finalize with the principals on the annual sales budget, advertisement and promotion expenses with detailed activities for each and every financial year.
- To constantly survey the market and its environment, to study and analyze the competitors activities and new entrants.
- To work with salesforce on the execution of promotional activities to ensure the implementation of the designed programs attain the sales and marketing objectives
- Manage the product life cycle of the brand by optimizing resources to ensure profitability of products are met.
- To work with event organizers on all of the sponsorships and events which are relevant for the carrying products as to create brand awareness.
- Interface on regular basis with key internal stakeholders and external partnerships
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess Degree in Commerce/ Marketing/ Medical Science/ Dietetics or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in Product/Brand management in FMCG/ Healthcare industry.
- Computer literate with Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Possess strong analytic skills, interpersonal skills and positive working attitude
- Possess good communication and presentation skills, with strong command in English.
