Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Product Development Specialist located in Simpang Empat, Malaysia. The Product Development Specialist will be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing product trends, and supporting research and development initiatives. Additional tasks include managing product development processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve product offerings, and ensuring that products meet client needs and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Market Research and Analytical Skills to assess trends and identify opportunities.
• Proficiency in Product Management and experience in managing product development life cycles.
• Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration and client interaction.
• Experience in Research and Development (R&D) related to control and motion technology is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Product Design, or a related discipline.
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in a product innovation setting.
• Experience in the motion and control technology industry would be highly beneficial.
