Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Product Engineer position located in Shah Alam. The role involves overseeing product design and development, conducting thorough research and development activities, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include supporting the engineering team with analytical problem-solving, contributing to innovative product solutions, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional departments to meet project goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Product Engineering and Product Design for developing innovative, functional, and reliable solutions
- Proficiency in Research and Development (R&D) with the ability to identify and implement new technologies and methods
- Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate challenges and develop efficient solutions
- Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Educational background in Engineering or a related technical field, with prior experience in a manufacturing or R&D environment being an advantage
- Knowledge of quality standards, particularly ISO-9001:2008 compliance, is preferred
