The Product Engineer drives the release, qualification, and yield optimization of High-Voltage Power Management Integrated Circuits (PMICs). You will own the product lifecycle from early silicon through high-volume production. Your primary focus centers on high-voltage Low Drop-Out regulators (LDOs) and DC-DC converters operating in demanding environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Qualification & Release
- Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) from tape-out to high-volume manufacturing.
- Define high-voltage qualification plans based on JEDEC and AEC-Q100 automotive standards.
- Characterize PMIC performance across high-voltage, temperature, and process corners.
- Analyze key parameters for LDOs (PSRR, IQ, dropout) and DC-DC converters (efficiency, ripple, switching losses).
- Develop automated bench setups using high-voltage power supplies, source meters, and electronic loads.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
- Minimum 3–5 years of product engineering experience in high-voltage semiconductor products.
