Providing to customers concurrent engineering inputs to ensure new product design requirements align with manufacturing requirements.
Continuously work with the customer's product development team or customer's NPI team to improve quality, productivity and cost. Provide technical support for new product releases.
Utilize analytical/ problem solving skills, data acquisition skills and use of statistical tools and techniques such as CP & CPK study for new product readiness.
Hands on experience in product builds, troubleshooting, maintenance and optimization of NPI production process.
Drive to solve difficult problems involving testing, planning and implementation of new parts.
Develop and present test plans when problems arise, coordinate testing and data acquisition.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a recognized Degree in Engineering, Electrical/ Electronics/ Communication Engineering or equivalent with minimum 1 year working experience.

Strong technical knowledge to support production in Manufacturing & Testing of Quality Products.
