About The Role
Product engineer pre-assembly works to oversee/supervise all the technicians who assemble the module and integrate to the machine. The job is to assign job schedule and complete it according to the schedule.
What You Will Do
A Product Engineer pre-assembly- ensure the module is assembled is fully tested. Must maintain the quality and daily output
What You Will Need
At least 5 years experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing assembly with at least Diploma holder in Mechatronic discipline.
With hands on to operate machine, set up and troubleshooting
Knowledge of Die bonder is an added advantage.
