Purpose Statement: This role is responsible for validating processes, managing technical communication for products, designing and optimizing new product processes, maintaining equipment, and overseeing assigned manufacturing processes while adhering to quality, delivery, and cost targets.
Technical Leadership: Guide junior engineers, manage material review boards for product excursions, and interface with external customers.

- Is visible, recognized and influential in all Manufacturing Sites as a Subject Matter Expert, Technical Visionary for their engineering discipline, for their ability to resolve challenging technical issues; Actively participates in the industry / community to understand the direction of the industry.
- Serves as a technical and/or project team lead or consultant, providing technical guidance/ training and motivation for teams, controlling scope, schedule, budget and ensuring overall technical success on large site/ regional/ global projects.
- Leads and Owns continuous improvement with Impact across regions associated with their engineering discipline and/or cross-discipline, project execution-focused efforts, as it applies to their role.
- Provides technical and/or team lead mentorship across multiple projects and sites.
- Provides Customer Service leadership by establishing positive and productive customer communications during technical/project discussions, demonstrating deep understanding and anticipation of customer needs (internal/ external customer), and supporting business development engagements and proposal creation.
Education/Experience Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and required with 12 or more years of related experience in manufacturing product engineering is preferred.
