Duties and Responsibilities:
Market and Demand Analysis Support:
- Assist the marketing team in conducting demand research, collecting consumer feedback and competitor information.
- Support the development of product features and formula solutions based on market needs.
Product Development Support:
- Conduct demand research and gather consumer feedback and competitor information in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Assist in creating product features and formula solutions tailored to market requirements.
- Follow up on trials and pilot production processes, recording and reporting development data.
- Support the selection of product packaging designs and materials.
Project Execution and Coordination:
- Assist in developing project schedules, ensuring all phases progress as planned and tasks are completed on time.
- Handle administrative tasks during product development, such as documentation, data organization, and report preparation.
- Maintain effective communication with teams (R&D, marketing, etc.), coordinate project details, and resolve routine issues.
Collaboration with Clef Tester Collaborators:
- Manage the distribution and tracking of samples for Clef Tester Collaborators, ensuring timely delivery as per requirements.
- Create user-friendly feedback forms to document detailed testing metrics and user opinions.
- Provide product usage guidance and technical support to Clef Tester Collaborators, addressing any questions during use.
- Regularly monitor testing progress, record and analyze feedback data.
- Assist in establishing and maintaining cooperative relationships with Clef Tester Collaborators to ensure smooth communication.
Testing Data Analysis and Product Improvement:
- Organize feedback from testing centers and internal evaluations to provide suggestions for product improvement.
- Assist in conducting user experience analyses to optimize product formulations or feature designs.
- Ensure data accuracy and submit timely reports to team and the R&D team.
Documentation and Regulatory Support:
- Prepare product technical documents, such as specifications, instructions, and certification materials.
- Support compliance with regulatory and standard requirements (e.g., labeling and ingredient compliance).
Production and Launch Support:
- Assist in selecting raw materials, liaising with suppliers, and following up on pilot production.
- Support the preparation of training materials and technical documents prior to product launch.
Skills required
Execution Skills:
- Efficiently execute specific tasks in the product development plan.
- Strictly adhere to development timelines and company processes.
Attention to Detail:
- Ensure accuracy when handling technical documents, product specifications, etc.
- Record and organize trial and testing results to support development.
Market and Consumer Analysis Basics:
- Conduct basic analysis of market demand and consumer feedback.
- Provide input data for product development.
Communication Skills:
- Coordinate development needs and deliveries with the team and suppliers.
- Clearly report on development progress and issues.
Technical Support Skills:
- Be familiar with product technical and raw material knowledge (e.g., formulas, material performance).
- Assist in resolving technical issues during the development process.
Documentation Skills:
- Proficient in using office tools (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to create and manage documents.
- Prepare certification, testing, and other compliance materials.
