Job Description:
- Product Ideation and Research:
- Conduct market research to identify consumer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Brainstorm and propose innovative product concepts to meet market demands and align with company goals.
- Work closely with stakeholders to evaluate product feasibility and viability.

- Oversee the product development lifecycle, from concept approval to final product launch.
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and milestones to ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., R&D, marketing, production, procurement) and external vendors to execute development plans.
3. Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with the design and R&D teams to create prototypes, formulations, or samples.

- Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure seamless product rollouts.
4. Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Organize product testing and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

5. Launch and Performance Monitoring:
- Assist in the development of launch strategies, including promotional campaigns and distribution plans.

Job Responsibilities:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in product development, marketing, or a similar role.
Technical and Professional Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- Knowledge of product design, manufacturing processes, and supply chain management is an advantage.
