WISE AI is seeking a Product Executive to support product planning, documentation, client coordination, and research activities for our AI-powered eKYC and enterprise verification products. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to coordinate effectively with internal teams and enterprise customers.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Product Coordination
- Assist in gathering product requirements from internal teams and clients.
- Help prepare PRDs, user stories, feature lists, and task requirements.
- Coordinate with engineering, data, and QA teams on product updates.
- Track product progress using tools like JIRA or Notion.
2.Market & Competitor Research
- Support research on AI, digital identity, fraud prevention, and eKYC trends.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and prepare comparison summaries.
- Highlight opportunities for product improvement.
3.Documentation & Support Materials
- Help develop product documentation including guides, FAQs, release notes, and feature descriptions.
- Assist in preparing materials for presentations, demos, and training.
- Maintain structured product documentation in Notion or similar tools.
4.Enterprise Client Support (Light Touch)
- Support product-related communication with enterprise clients (banks, telcos, fintech).
- Join client meetings to document requirements, feedback, and action items.
- Assist in POC/pilot activities by preparing documentation and coordinating tasks.
5.Product Monitoring & Reporting
- Collect product feedback from clients, support teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor basic performance metrics (accuracy, API success rates, complaints).
- Prepare simple weekly/monthly product reports for the Product Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education & Experience (JuniorMid)
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- 1-2 years experience in product, business analyst, or tech-related roles.
- Strong interest in AI/eKYC are encouraged to apply.
Technical Skills
- Basic understanding of AI concepts (OCR, face recognition, liveness detection) is an advantage.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and Postman is a plus (for understanding API-based products).
- Comfortable with Microsoft tools, Notion, slides, and documentation tools.
Soft Skills
- Good communication and strong documentation skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and consistent in follow-ups.
