Role Description
We're looking for a Creative Designer who can turn briefs into polished, production-ready designs, and who brings ideas to the table rather than waiting for them. You'll work across product mockups, branding, packaging, and marketing visuals, and you'll have real room to shape our creative direction.
What You'll Do
- Design product mockups, branded merchandise visuals, packaging, and marketing collateral for client and internal projects
- Take ownership of briefs from concept to final artwork with minimal hand-holding
- Deliver high-quality work on tight turnarounds without compromising on detail
- Collaborate with the sales and account teams to translate client needs into strong visual concepts
- Contribute actively to the team's creative output, design philosophy, and internal initiatives
- Explore and apply AI design tools to improve speed, quality, and creative possibilities
What we are looking for
- Creative design skills, including strong concept development and visual storytelling (Creative Design, Branding).
- Proficiency in graphic work for print and products, including layout, composition, and color usage (Graphics, Graphic Design).
- Basic understanding of digital and interface aesthetics for online materials and presentations (Web Design).
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, or equivalent software.
- Ability to translate client briefs into practical, production-ready designs, with keen attention to detail and deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in promotional products, FMCG, licensing, or toy/collectible design is an advantage.
