We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. You will work closely with various teams (business development, designers & developers etc) to improve our existing financial platforms (InvestingNote and ShareInvestor) as well as the opportunity to create new products offerings for our users and clients.
The candidate should have some IT background, strong UX/UI expertise, and at least 2 years of product or project management experience. While knowledge of financial products is a bonus, a passion for delivering user-centric solutions is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Conduct market research and user feedback analysis to identify opportunities.
- Align product goals with business priorities.
Product Development & Project Management
- Manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation to post-launch optimization.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into actionable features.
- Utilize Agile/Scrum methodologies to drive sprints and deliverables.
- Analyze user data and leverage insights to enhance product performance.
UX/UI Collaboration
- Partner with UX/UI designers to create intuitive, user-centric interfaces.
- Provide user-driven feedback to improve product design.
- Facilitate user testing and iterate based on feedback.
Project Leadership
- Oversee timelines, budgets, and resources for successful product delivery.
- Mitigate risks and resolve bottlenecks proactively.
- Communicate project progress to stakeholders transparently.
Product Demo & Education
- Conduct product demos for internal and external audiences.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on product education initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in UX/UI design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD).
- Strong project management skills with experience in Agile methodologies.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in English (Chinese proficiency is a plus).
- Collaborative leadership and a solution-driven attitude.
Preferred Degree
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Design, Business, or related fields.
- Experience in managing UX/UI projects or delivering user-friendly products.
- Background in financial services or understanding of financial products is a plus.
