We are seeking a high-energy, analytical visionary Product Lead to serve as the central catalyst in transforming the future of public transportation management and other product in within the company. You will be the connective tissue between our customers, engineering team, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Roadmap: Define and communicate a clear product vision and quarterly roadmap based on data, market trends, and user feedback.
- Discovery: Conduct deep-dive user research and interviews to understand customer pain points before a single line of code is written.
- Execution: Translate complex requirements into crisp PRDs (Product Requirements Documents) and user stories. Lead sprint planning and grooming sessions with Engineering.
- Data-Driven Culture: Define KPIs for every feature launch and use tools like [Mixpanel/Amplitude/SQL] to measure success and iterate.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary advocate for the product, aligning Marketing, Sales, and Support on upcoming launches.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years experience in product management, ideally in [B2B2C/SaaS/Ecommerce/Transportation Management] environments.
- The Product Sense: An intuitive ability to distinguish between what users say they want and what they actually need.
- Must be driven by a Sustainability-First mindset, you advocate for Rethinking, Refusing, Reducing, Reusing, and Recycling at every stage of development.
- Proven ability to anticipate market shifts and operational bottlenecks, ensuring the team is always positioned for the next milestone.
- Technical Literacy: You don't need to code, but you must be able to hold your own in a conversation about system architecture and trade-offs.
- Communication: Exceptional writing and storytelling skills. You can explain the why to a CEO and the how to a Developer.
- Grit: A get it done attitude. You aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves to clear blockers for your team.
Preferred
- A Bachelor in Computer Science / Software Engineering / Business
- Experience in SaaS, B2B2C, e-commerce, mircoservice or platform-based products.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Lucidchart or similar.
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Tableau).
