About the Role
We're looking for a driven and curious Product Management Intern to support the development of our Retail and SME Lending products. You'll work closely with the Head of Product (Lending), gaining hands-on exposure to how digital lending products are designed, launched, and scaled.
This role is ideal for someone interested in fintech, credit products, and building financial solutions for underserved customers.
What You'll Do
- Support end-to-end product development for retail and SME lending products
- Assist in drafting product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for lending features and enhancements
- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and regulatory scans to support product decisions
- Support analysis of product performance data and assist in preparing management reports
- Help coordinate across stakeholders including risk, credit, operations, compliance, and engineering teams
- Assist in UAT testing for lending flows and flag issues
- Contribute ideas to improve customer journey and product performance
What We're Looking For
- Undergraduate in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong interest in fintech, digital banking, lending or product management
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly
- Familiarity with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, or Figma (or willingness to learn quickly)
