Identify process gaps in current operational workflows and translate them into clear product requirements to improve efficiency and user experience.
Prepare and execute test cases for new product features; collaborate with regional product managers and tech teams to troubleshoot, validate fixes, and ensure seamless release quality.
Document test cases, results, defects, and sign-off materials with accuracy and completeness for proper governance and auditing.
Develop training materials and user guides to support internal teams in adopting new features and tools.
Support production issue handling, including raising JIRA tickets, investigating root causes, and following up with relevant stakeholders until resolution.
Assist in project management activities, such as setting project timelines, preparing rollout plans, and ensuring readiness across teams.
Perform ad-hoc tasks related to product operations, feature testing, or stakeholder coordination as required.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or any related field.
Fresh graduates or students with internship experience are welcomed. Exposure to project management, product operations, or e-commerce/logistics operations is a plus.
Result-driven and hands-on; able to identify operational pain points and support process improvement initiatives.
Analytical, detail-oriented, and number-driven; able to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
Proficient in Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs) and Microsoft Excel.
Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is a plus.
