Our growing company needs an experienced and resourceful Product Manager develop, implement and accountable for brand/product strategies in the short, mid and long term to achieve set goals in existing and new markets. The position will champion the brand/product including product development, market research and sales in order to deliver performance to achieve the committed goals and figures efficiently.
Job Responsibilities:
- Define and implement on product training to ensure success of the products to support business goals.
- Define, determine and manage product development prioritization, by aligning business needs by handling IT subscriptions or sales automation tool or Adobe.
- Manage and communicate with functional teams such as IT, business development, sales and marketing to ensure alignment to business goals, expectations and objectives.
- Analyze data and work with the team to optimize product decision making.
- Implement best practices, processes and structures to scale up the product management function within the company.
- Experiment and measure high-impact product enhancements to drive growth in revenue, reach and retention.
- Manage the implementation of product development cycle, from ideation to production.
- Define and track performance metrics to identify new leads and potential new markets.
- Manage user research, usability testing and post-launch evaluation to ensure the delivery of product with quality user experience.
- Lead a product management team, by facilitating and motivating them to achieve (and exceed) product aspirations, goals and metrics.

Requirements:
- Fluent English are mandatory.
- 5+ years experience in the related field with strong knowledge and understanding of business and technology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (you're a people person!). sense of humor is highly valued.
- Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.
