The Role
We're not looking for someone to just execute — we're looking for a true builder. You'll work closely with the core team to shape product direction, make key decisions, and turn ideas into real, shipped experiences. This role requires strong ownership, curiosity, and a constant drive to improve both product and process.
What You'll Do
- Partner with the founding team to explore product direction, define strategy, and generate high-quality, creative ideas
- Evaluate opportunities and decide what's worth building based on user insight, intuition, and data
- Translate product ideas into clear features, user flows, and product requirements
- Own the full product lifecycle: concept → design → development → testing → launch → iteration
- Work closely with engineers and designers to prioritize features, define scope, and drive fast execution
- Ensure high product quality through hands-on testing, iteration, and continuous improvement
- Analyze user behavior and feedback to refine product experience and drive growth
What We're Looking For
- Based in APAC, with familiarity or exposure to the U.S. market (study or work experience preferred)
- Mandarin is required
- Strong product sense and initiative — you don't wait to be told what to do
- Ability to turn abstract ideas into structured product plans and ship them end-to-end
- High ownership and execution ability in a fast-moving environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and design
- Strong English proficiency
- Genuinely interested in startups and early-stage building
Nice to Have
- Technical background (CS, EE, or software-related)
- Experience building or contributing to a 0→1 product or project
- Interest in fintech, consumer products, or social/gamified experiences
