Hiring: Product Manager & SME – Building Management Systems (BMS)

Our client is seeking a technical visionary to act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Senior Product Manager for their energy optimization suite. You will lead the scouting of global technologies and drive the commercialization of high-margin solutions for the APAC market, with a heavy focus on Data Centers.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Roadmap: Define and own the multi-year vision for energy optimization platforms.
- Market Scouting: Evaluate global BMS, DCIM, and AI-driven tools to recommend make-vs-buy decisions.
- Technical Integration: Design architectures combining BMS, AI analytics, and renewable systems using protocols like BACnet and Modbus.
- GTM Strategy: Lead pilot projects in live environments and create commercial collateral like ROI calculators.
Mandatory Requirements
- Language: Professional fluency in Mandarin/Cantonese and English is required for regional coordination.
- BMS/BAS Experience: 8+ years in Building Management Systems or Data Center infrastructure.
- Product Leadership: Minimum 4 years in Product Management or Solution Architecture focused on energy/smart buildings.
- Tech Stack: Hands-on knowledge of platforms like Siemens Desigo, Schneider EcoStruxure, Honeywell, or Tridium Niagara.
Preferred Qualifications
- Engineering Background: A degree in Engineering or Energy Optimization is highly preferred.
- Advanced Tech: Familiarity with AI/ML predictive control, digital twins, and fault detection (FDD).
- Certifications: CEM, CMVP, CDCP, or CDCS.
