Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the solution design and development of reconciliation systems, ensuring they meet the needs of our fast-paced fintech environment.
  • Continuously analyze and improve our payment reconciliation process, implementing best practices for financial accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with technology and financial teams to design and implement new features and enhancements in the reconciliation systems.
  • Utilize strong linguistic skills in English and Mandarin to manage communication and documentation for diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between external partners and internal teams for system integration and troubleshooting.
  • Train and support users on new system features and functionality.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in product management, specifically with payment reconciliation systems in the Fintech/BNPL industry.
  • Strong command of both English and Mandarin, with good communication and writing skills in both languages.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in SQL is a plus.
