Kenangan Coffee Malaysia is looking for a Product Manager (Business Solutions & Operations) to be our Architect of Efficiency. This pivotal role bridges the gap between our on-the-ground Baristas and our HQ Support Functions (Finance, SCM, and more). You will turn daily operational friction into scalable digital solutions—optimizing our mobile app and internal tools to create a seamless company ecosystem.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations or information systems with at least 2 years of experience as business process analyst / product manager (business operations), or a similar role, preferably within a technology or consumer-focused company.
  • Must have hands-on experience gathering, interpreting, and presenting business process data from there translating business needs into technical requirement to work cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams to design IT solution or enhancements.
  • Excellent ability in product design, familiarity in the mobile app product development and the ability to work independently to manage the whole life cycle of the product (including demand analysis, functional design, process development, interface design, project promotion, post-operation, etc.);
  • Excellent project management ability, precise control of key nodes of product loop and the ability to solve problem across different teams;
  • Sensitive to industry changes, clear goal orientation, strong logic analysis skills, independent thinking skills and insight;
  • Strong self-motivation, hard-working, entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to work under the high pressure;
  • Data Driven mindset. Ability to identify risk and opportunity quickly based on data.

Job Role:

  • Plan, design, optimize and lead efforts to enhance and optimize internal tools for Kenangan Coffee.
  • Collaborate with local teams in Malaysia and Singapore to gather and analyze requirements for product improvement.
  • Work closely with product managers, designers, research teams, and other stakeholders to design and implement feasible solutions.
  • Consolidate requests from various stakeholders, prioritize tasks, and provide efficient solutions to streamline workflows.
  • Bridge the gap between local teams and existing product management, design, and research functions, fostering collaboration.
  • Identify opportunities for app growth, strategically plan initiatives, and drive sustained user satisfaction.
  • Support the organization's objectives by aligning product development with
  • business goals and promoting innovation.
  • Conduct user needs analysis and course satisfaction survey regularly; follow up the development of the industry and competitors;
