We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Card Product Owner to join our growing card product team. This role will play a critical part in driving the integration of card scheme and ensuring seamless connectivity across our global platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in payment network integration and a deep understanding of card payment technologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical integration of card scheme and direct connectivity with our card product system.
- Collaborate with internal teams and partner's representatives to ensure smooth implementation of card acceptance and transaction processing.
- Manage end-to-end connectivity projects, from initial planning to final testing and rollout.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to integration and payment processing.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the team on transaction related queries.
- Ensure compliance with scheme regulations and best practices in all integration efforts.
- Work closely with the card product development team to enhance system performance and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in launching commercial card projects.
- Deep understanding of payment network protocols, especially those used by schemes.
- Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
- Knowledge of global payment standards and regulatory requirements.
