Responsible for overseas securities trading product demand management and product design, completing product-related work at high quality, including demand research, demand analysis, prototype design, product document writing, demand clarification, demand follow-up, acceptance testing, etc;
Regularly track and analyze industry competitors, collect business feedback, explore user needs, continuously optimize product functions, and assist in promoting product iteration optimization;
Coordinate and cooperate with multiple teams such as business, UI, technology, and testing, follow up on demand clarification and development feedback, responsible for product online acceptance, problem tracking, and subsequent iteration work;
Complete other tasks assigned by the leadership.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in finance, computer science, or related fields;
Have more than 3 years of work experience in Internet finance product or APP client design and requirement analysis, preferably with experience in product operation projects in securities companies or Internet finance companies, familiarity with fund business is preferred;
Proficient in using requirement management and product design tools such as Axure, Visio, X-mind, with excellent product design capabilities, able to independently complete requirement analysis and interaction design prototypes, and have certain insights into the visual design and user experience of Internet finance products;
Strong communication and expression skills, clear logic, proactive, strong sense of responsibility, certain ability to withstand pressure, and good project collaboration spirit.
