The ideal candidate brings a hands-on experience in the payments domain & is comfortable navigating how money moves across systems and partners. You're able to work closely with engineers while also aligning with business and regional teams to get things delivered end-to-end.
What You'll Do.
- Partner with regional and cross-border stakeholders to align on payment integrations, resolve issues, and drive execution
- Monitor transaction performance and identify opportunities to improve approval rates, processing efficiency, and settlement quality
- Translate business needs into clear deliverables such as requirement docs, user flows, and functional specifications
- Work closely with the engineering team to ship new features, enhancements, and integrations
- Oversee day-to-day payment operations, including handling transaction issues, reconciliation gaps, and escalations
- Ensure all payment solutions meet local regulations, scheme requirements, and internal standards
- Enable market launches by setting up and scaling the required payment capabilities
What You Bring.
- Min. 5 years of experience in payments, such as cards, QR, POS, or digital wallets
- Experienced in the transaction lifecycle, including key stages like authorization, clearing, and settlement
- Exposure to working with engineering & design teams, and familiarity wirh API Integration
- Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin, with ability to manage stakeholders across different countries and functions
