What are the Responsibilities of this Role
- Marketing Activities: Build and execute local marketing activities to support sales function and achieve targets.
- Strategic Planning & Portfolio Management: Work closely with Marketing Manager and Business Manager to develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to drive sales and market share for our diagnostics products via integrated marketing activities. To also lead the development of product key messages which will assist sales function.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, medical, and operations, to ensure product availability, effective distribution, and optimal pricing strategies.
- Performance & Budget Tracking: Regularly monitor and analyze sales performance, adjust strategies to achieve targets, and meticulously track A&P budgets to ensure actual spend aligns with approved plans, with proper documentation and compliance.
- Capability Building: Lead onboarding and refresher trainings, ensuring consistent communication of product knowledge, key messages, and campaign or event updates.
We would love to hear from You if You have:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of product or brand management experience
- Experience in NIPT or molecular diagnostics preferred; oncology and/or O&G exposure is an advantage
- Strong ability to analyze market, scientific, and business data, with good Excel proficiency
- Adaptable and open-minded, able to perform well in an innovative and evolving organization
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
