This is a full-time, on-site Product Manager role based in WP, Kuala Lumpur. As a Product Manager at GXBank, you will drive product vision, strategy, and development throughout the entire lifecycle. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user needs, prioritize features, and deliver innovative digital banking solutions. You will also analyze market trends, manage product roadmaps, oversee product performance, and gather feedback to foster iterative improvement and achieve business goals.

• Proficiency in Product Management, including product roadmap development, market analysis, and performance assessment
• Strong skills in stakeholder collaboration, cross-functional team management, and project prioritization
• Proven experience in conducting user research and understanding customer needs
• Knowledge of digital banking technology and trends, with the ability to adapt to dynamic industry demands
• Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly
• Relevant experience in technology, financial services, or digital product environments is highly desirable
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related fields; an advanced degree is a plus
